- Ordering โ While you can order your mattress over the phone, we were happy to see that we could complete the purchase online as well. After choosing a custom mattress model, we were prompted to put down the make, model, and year of our vehicle as well as the width of the bed. We could also use this opportunity to make changes if something was off. After confirming that the measurements were correct, we were informed that the mattress was in production.
- Delivery โ A bit over 3 weeks later, we received an email that the mattress was on its way. It was delivered straight to us and was ready to supply naps by the end of the day.
Overall, we'd say it was a very smooth process. Finding our way around the website was rather intuitive and the representative on the phone was friendly and professional. So, we'd say that there were no unnecessary hoops or annoying obstacles โ which isn't always the case when ordering mattresses.
